Does everybody know what time it is?
No seriously, does anybody know? Because since the Spring Forward...and an ill-timed power outage...and the mirror above the mantel crashing down and knocking our mantel clock's lights out...I've been operating on a general estimation of the time at any given moment. And this includes our truck, which can sure haul a lot but is crummy with timekeeping (all brawn, no brains).
Here's what I'm dealing with.
Computer: 14:52
Thermostat: 2:55
Microwave: 12:00
Mantel: 10:53
Wind-up on Bookcase: 10:44
Truck: 3:06
How the heck am I supposed to know what time it is? I've come up with an equation to figure it out: I add them all up, then divide by the number of timepieces. So according to my calculations, it's approximately...(14.52 + 2.55 + 12 + 10.53 + 10.44 + 3.06 = 53.1 / 5 = 10.62 [add one and take away .6]...11:02 AM.
If you'll excuse me, I'm going to go make lunch.
